Bed-Stuy Woman Killed, Roommate Questioned: NYPD, Report
The 28-year-old's roommate was brought in for questioning after she was found dead in her Bed Stuy apartment, the Daily News reports.
BED-STUY, NY — A young woman from Bed-Stuy was found dead in her apartment Friday and her roommate has been brought in for questioning, according to police and reports.
Kelly Kwak, 28, was found mortally wounded in her apartment on Gates and Classon avenues about 9:40 a.m. Friday, police said.
Kwak had bruises on her body and was found on her living room floor, the New York Daily News reported.

Cops also found in the apartment a 32-year-old man who was sent to Woodhull Hospital, according to police.
Kwak's death has been classified as a homicide, police said Tuesday.

No arrests had been made, according to police, but the Daily News reports Kwak' 32-year-old roommate was taken in for questioning.
Police were summoned to the apartment by an out-of-state relative who hadn't heard from Kwak in days, according to the Daily News.
Kwak's mother last heard from her five days before she was found dead, the Daily News reported.
