Cop Sent To Hospital After Being Shot By BB Gun In Bed-Stuy: NYPD
The injury is the second time a police officer was hit by a BB gun in Brooklyn over the weekend, according to reports.

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — A police officer landed in the hospital Sunday night when he was shot with a BB gun in Bed-Stuy, according to police.
The cop was getting out of his car on Gates Avenue near Lewis Avenue just before 7 p.m. when he was hit in the left arm with the BB, police said. He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
The incident is the second time a police officer has been hit with a BB gun in Brooklyn in the last two days, according to reports.

On Saturday, a cop was hit when someone opened fire with a BB gun on Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brownsville, according to the Daily News. The BBs also hit several pedestrians and broke a car window, the outlet reported.
No arrests had been made in either incident as of Monday morning.
