Off-Duty NYPD Cop Caught Drunk Driving In Bed Stuy Precinct: Police
A 22-year veteran of the NYPD was arrested Saturday for his second DUI in Brooklyn after crashing into a parked car, officials said.

BED-STUY, NY — An off-duty cop was arrested on drunk driving charges this weekend in the Brooklyn precinct that stretches from Stuyvesant to Crown Heights, police said.
Donald Stewart, a 43-year-old NYPD Lieutenant, was arrested in the 81st Precinct about 4:53 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, said police.
Stewart, a 22-year veteran of the NYPD, crashed into a parked car and was suspended without pay, according to the New York Post.

The Post reported he crashed into yet another parked car, was placed on probation for a year and suspended for 64 days.
Stewart is currently assigned to Queens South.
