Let your To-Do list be your summer buddy (body). You have until mid-June to get it all in shape.

Summer is quickly approaching, and gym memberships have increased ten-fold.

Those who can't afford to join a gym have started participating in boot-camps because it's time to ease into summer wear. 

The same intensity should apply to your goals. That To-Do list can carry over because there is no accountability on your part to complete certain minor items.

Let your To-Do list be your summer buddy (body). You have until mid-June to get it all in shape. 

Here are four ideas for you To-Do list:
A. Create a concise To-Do list of things that need to be completed before the first day of summer.
B. Create a To-Do workout schedule where you can exercise crossing items off the list. 
C. Enlist a To-Do buddy (they should create one too) who will serve as you accountability partner and vice-versa. 
D. Repeat all of the above until your summer buddy/body gets in shape.

Being creative about motivating yourself is essential to being consistent.

The drive that you get from seeing items crossed off should push you to do more and see success.
