Man Shot At After Fender Bender At Red Light In Brooklyn: Cops

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are asking the public's help to find a man who took out a gun and shot at someone whose car he had just hit at a red light.

The unknown driver backed into a 53-year-old man's car at a red light near Palmetto Street and Bushwick Avenue around 5 p.m. on April 9, according to police.

But when the 53-year-old got out of the car to try and exchange information with the man, the man got out of his car and took out a silver gun. He shot the gun toward the 53-year-old before getting back into his white Honda sedan and driving away on Bushwick Avenue, police said.

The 53-year-old was not hit by the gunfire, according to police.
