MTA: 1 Dead After Jumping in Front of N Train
Northbound N Trains were running via the D from 36th Street to end of the line.

An unidentified individual jumped in front of a southbound N Train on Thursday afternoon at the Avenue U station in Gravesend, Brooklyn, according MTA spokesperson Amanda Kwan.
“I know it was a jumper, and I know it was a fatality,” Kwan said. ”But I don’t have a gender or age.”
As of 2:45 p.m., southbound N Trains are running on the D line from 36th Street (in Sunset Park) all the way down to Coney Island, she said.

Because if this, online subway monitors are reporting heavy delays on the southbound D Train.
One day earlier, a northbound G Train pulling into the Church Avenue station in Kensington, Brooklyn, hit a blind man who had accidentally stepped off the platform and fallen onto the tracks. Although he was struck by the train, the man survived, according to the MTA.
