BED-STUY, NY — A mixed-use building with 10 residential units could be headed to Bed-Stuy, building records show.
Plans filed Wednesday for a project on Bedford Avenue between Park and Myrtle Avenues, first reported by YIMBY, show aspirations for a six-story building.

The project's architect is listed as Nikolai Katz Architect, and the owner Joel Weiss of Empire Management.
It's not the neighborhood's only real estate project on the table. In October, developers pitched a 154-unit affordable housing project to city officials, asking for zoning changes. The project would sit on Marcus Garvey Boulevard at the corners of Quincy and Monroe Streets.
