VIDEO: Police Looking for Man and Woman in Connection with Robbery on Kosciuszko

Robbers caught on video

Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two suspects wanted for a robbery on Kosciuszko Street on April 9.

According to reports, on Wednesday, April 9, at approximately 12:15 a.m., a 26-year-old female was entering a residence at 31 Kosciuszko Street when she was approached by an unknown woman who asked her for the time.

When the victim took out her cell phone to look at the time, an unknown man approached her from behind, placed her in a choke hold and then demanded her purse and phone, said police.

Both suspects fled the scene, running eastbound down Kosciuszko toward Nostrand Avenue.

The first suspect is described as a black female in her 30s, approximately 5 feet 3 inches and 170 pounds.

The second suspect is described as a black male in his 30s, approximately 6 feet tall and 180 pounds.
