Renderings For New 16-Unit Bed-Stuy Building Revealed: Report

BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — Renderings of a to-be constructed 16-unit residential building have been released, according to the site New York Yimby.

114 Lexington Avenue, formerly the site of a small auto mechanic shop, will soon be the site of a five-story, 16-unit building, according to permits filed in November.

The building, which will sit between Franklin and Classon Avenues, will total about 17,500 square feet.

Rendering show a meticulously designed contemporary building with giant arches, replete with private balconies for many of the units, according to images from the popular development-tracking site.

The top floor features a large terrace, and the images suggest a large rooftop terrace as well with extensive landscaping.

New York Yimby reports that local developer Ariel Shalom is the owner of the property through an entity he controls called Le Capital NYC, according to permit filings.

There is no announced completion date, nor any information if the building will be condos or rental units.
