Accident in Lewisboro Leads to DWI Arrest

A 37-year-old North Salem woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving following a recent accident on Route 22 in Lewisboro, police say.

The crash occurred at about 12:35 a.m. Saturday. State troopers from the Somers barracks responded and discovered the overturned car, a 2012 Toyota Highlander.

No other vehicles were involved and no one was injured.

Marnie J. Cohen-Levine, the operator, was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending an April 29 appearance in Bedford Justice Court.
