Arts Enthusiasts Talk Love of Caramoor

The center's 2013 season will offer everything from a celebration of "American roots" music to jazz events and classical evenings.

Local and area folks gathered Wednesday afternoon at Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts for the organization's season announcement.

Upcoming events range from a Broadway production to evenings of classical music to dancing for the whole family.

"Oddly enough, it's a very mixed program, so you get things that are pleasurable to all sorts of people," James Flood, a Somers resident, said. "I think it's a most attractive place just all around."
