Bedford Police: Teen Charged in Katonah Larceny

The property was recovered.

A 16-year-old Cross River girl is accused of stealing $88 worth of clothing from a Katonah Avenue shop, officials say.

Bedford Police charged the teen in the Saturday afternoon incident at Boo Girls.

Staff at the store told authorities they watched a female take items—two tank tops and a skirt—off the racks and place them into a large bag she was carrying. She reportedly left the shop and fled, but the complainant was able to pass along a license plate number to police.
