Former Bedford Terrace President Charged with Bank Fraud

The Bedford Police Department first received a report of the possible fraud from other members of the condo association in Oct. 2011, according to Det. Sgt. Tom Diebold. Once it became clear that the fraud crossed state lines, the department turned the case over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
