Both lanes were re-opened for traffic by 12:30 p.m.

An overturned car on I-684 South near exit 6 is snarling traffic.

Two lanes were closed as of 10:30 a.m. New York State Police is on the scene.

Motorists are advised to use caution or avoid the area.
