Police: Driver Charged With DWI at More Than Three Times the Legal Limit
The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

A Goldens Bridge woman was charged with aggravated DWI after she crashed her Volkswagen Jetta in Bedford Hills, said police.
Amy Woodward, 34, was arrested on Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. after police found her outside of her vehicle on Railroad Avenue. During the investigation, she told police she had a Florida driver's license, but could not produce it. Officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and administered field sobriety tests. She gave a positive reading for alcohol on the alco-sensor test and admitted to drinking two beers, according to police.
Woodward submitted to a breathalyzer test at police headquarters which resulted in a .26 BAC, more than three times the legal limit. Police brought her to Northern Westchester Hospital for observation and later released her on $50 bail pending a return to town court.
