Springtime Snow: Bedford to See Fresh Coating
Forecasts call for most of the precipitation to fall before 9 p.m. Monday.

Light and wet snowfall is likely to hit the area Monday afternoon and night, leaving an inch or so of white stuff on the ground in Bedford and Katonah, according to the National Weather Service.
The agency is calling for cloudy skies Monday, with a chance of morning snow, and then a mix of rain and snow in the early afternoon, as of late Sunday. Temperatures are expected to peak around 40 degrees.
They'll drop to the high 20s Monday night, which will likely bring more snow—before 9 p.m.—for a total accumulation of an inch to one and a half inches in Katonah by Tuesday morning, NWS reports.

"A coastal low pressure system will impact the area late tonight into Monday night," states a hazardous weather outlook for Westchester County and the region. "Confidence is increasing that this will result in only a light and wet snowfall for the area."
Expect partly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid to high 40s Tuesday.
