Taconic Lanes Between Route 134 and Pines Bridge Road to Close Monday to Friday

The lane closures are planned on the southbound Taconic State Parkway March 19 through March 23 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

If you're headed west to use us the Taconic, motorists are advised that intermittent lane closures are planned on the southbound Taconic State Parkway, between just north of Route 134 to Pines Bridge Road, from Monday, March 19 through Friday, March 23.

Weather permitting, the lane closures will take place from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.

Motorists are asked to use caution when traveling through the work area and pay particular attention to all traffic control devices, including work zone signs and flaggers.

Motorists are reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of the driver’s license.
