Troopers Charge Katonah Man With Felony DWI
The following information was provided by state police and does not indicate a conviction.

New York State troopers charged Marco Ganley of Katonah with DWI Saturday night then elevated the charges to a felony level based on his two prior DWI convictions within the past ten years.
State police said they stopped Ganley, 47, at about midnight on I-684 in North Salem. According to troopers, his BAC was revealed to be .13 percent.
Ganley was arraigned at the Town of North Salem Court and taken to the Westchester County Jail pending his next court appearane on Dec. 19 at 6 p.m.
