Troopers Charge Man with DWAI on Route 35

State troopers arrested a 56-year-old Connecticut man on a drugged driving charge this weekend.

Guy Lozach, of Ridgefield, CT, was stopped for an equipment violation at about 3:10 a.m. Sunday on Route 35 in Lewisboro, officials say. He was driving a 2004 Hyundai Accent.

Authorities charged Lozach with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Police were unable to specify a substance, pending lab results.

Lozach was released pending a Feb. 11 appearance in Lewisboro Justice Court.
