He is due in Southeast Justice Court later this month.

Officials sent a 31-year-old Mount Kisco man to jail this weekend on drunken driving charges, police say.
Troopers from the East Fishkill barracks arrested Saul P. Sagustume Pinto, who was behind the wheel of a 2000 BMW 323, at about 2:10 a.m. Sunday on westbound Interstate 84 in Southeast. They stopped him for driving on the shoulder of the roadway, according to authorities.
Police say the defendant's blood-alcohol level was 0.18 percent. The legal limit is 0.08. He's facing misdemeanor charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated.
