1. Prescription take back day
Westchester County will once again be participating in a nationwide effort on Saturday, Oct. 29 to get people to dispose of old, unused medicines properly. There are 12 county locations hosting events associated with Prescription Drug Take Back Day—the nearest to Bedford are Mt. Kisco and Yorktown.
2. Trump subdivision to be discussed at planning board

At Tuesday night's planning board meeting, the board will discuss a tennis court application on Old Post Road, and subdivision applications from residents on West Patent and Old Post Road. In addition, the results of an October report from the Historic Building Preservation will be reviewed in relation to Trump's approved Seven Springs development in Bedford Corners. The meeting starts at 8 p.m. at 425 Cherry Street in Bedford. Click here for the full agenda.

On May 5, 1993, the bodies of three 8-year-old boys were found in the woods in a small town in Arkansas. A month later, three teens were arrested, accused and
convicted of raping and killing the boys. Almost two decades later, the teens have been acquitted of a crime they did not commit. Check back later today for our interview with Joe Berlinger, filmmaker and Katonah resident, who co-directed and produced “Paradise Lost 3: Purgatory,” the story of the teens' journey from convicted criminals to free men.
