West Harrison Man Charged with DWAI in Bedford

Vincent Patierno, 21, was arrested in Bedford on Sunday and charged with DWAI and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The West Harrison resident was stopped on I-684 in Bedford at 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 9 for driving a car with a defective tail light. State troopers conducted an on-site investigation and allegedly found Patierno to have two grams of marijuana and a pipe.
Police said they determined that Patierno was driving under the influence of drugs and issued to him uniform traffic tickets, pending his return to Bedford's town court on Oct. 13 at 8 p.m.
