Editor's Note: Bedford Deli and Bedford Gourmet are doing a brisk business. All the businesses in Bedford Village are open; power was restored yesterday. Patch regrets the error.
NYSEG has restored power to 20,376 of its 32,470 customers in Westchester County, but many locals in Bedford and nearby are not among the lucky ones.
If you're going on your third day without power, there are plenty of places open to provide warmth, food, outlets for charging devices and WiFi.

Or Bedford residents may want to head over to downtown Katonah, where most stores and restaurants are back on the power grid. Kids out of school may want to stop in at for : Whoopsie Daisy! at 4 p.m. Reservations are required, call 232-7278.

Bedford Hills shops are open—coffee, WiFi and food are at and The Shop Rite in Bedford Hills and A&P in Katonah are open. (If you're up early, the Katonah Bagel Shoppe has been open since at least 6:30 a.m.)
The Katonah Museum of Art has regained power and will be open noon-5 p.m. The kids' room is a great place for creative family activities.
The Mobil Gas station on Bedford Road in Katonah was out of order last night but the lights were on as of 6:30 a.m. this morning. Most of the gas stations along the 117 corridor were also open.
