What's Open and Closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday

We've called around to see who's open for those last minute purchases, whether you've forgotten to defrost a 25-pound turkey and need an alternative, or a bottle of wine for dinner or a bottle of advil for the morning after.

Metro North will be operating on a holiday schedule with extra morning inbound service for Macy's parade-goers, and extra service throughout the day. See a Thanksgiving Holiday Timetable for details. Off-peak fares will be in effect for the entire four-day holiday period.

• Bedford Wine Merchants: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Katonah Wine & Liquor 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• A & P in Katonah: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• A & P in Bedford: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• CVS Pharmacy in Bedford Hills: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Apogee Fitness is open 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• The Saw Mill Club is open 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Most gas stations, including the Bedford Shell Station and the Katonah Mobil Station are open for gas only 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.
