Neil Watson, executive director, To maximize the KMA’s programs to engage even more of our community and let it be known that this is their Museum. And on a personal level? I'd like to learn to enjoy quinoa (and spell it).
Ellen Doherty, principal, I will continue to treat others as I hope to be treated and to maintain a high school community that supports and nurtures the best in all of us.
Lee Roberts, Supervisor, town of Bedford: My resolutions are: To foster civil discourse within the Town and resolve our differences with mutual respect and understanding; to save money and energy by encouraging participation in the Energize Program and the B2020 initiatives; to improve communication between the Town and our residents and to get the new Water Filtration Plant up and running.
Lynne Siegel, founder, Charity Panda: I love New Year's resolutions. They are a fresh start: a way to wipe the slate clean and be better than the year before. In 2012, I want to give to someone every day: as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and community member.
Paul Kreutzer, superintendant, Katonah-Lewisboro schools: To continue working toward fulfilling the and I identified earlier this school year." on a personal note, I will commit to getting back in shape, I will complete a short triathlon and the NYC marathon.
Anne Hanley, president, Katonah Parks Memorial Association: We raised a nice amount of money from the Fall 5K Road and Trail race and we intend to have this money go toward restoring the Upper Shelter with a new roof. The Master Plan for the park will be unveiled in the New Year and that has many exciting aspects as well.
Bedford Police Chief William Hayes: To reinforce and strengthen the police department’s ties with the community and employ more innovation to meet the changing needs of the community.
Janet Jacobsen, president of the Bedford Hills Neighborhood Association: We will continue to work hard to get all the people of Bedford Hills invovlved in our great hamlet.
