1. New Youth Police initiative

1. The Mount Kisco andare teaming up today at to kick off the Youth Police Initiative, which is designed to improve relations between police and teens, according to Beford police. There will be an event, open to press at the high school at 3:30 p.m.

3. K-L Budget review

The Katonah-Lewisboro school board will get its first review of Superintendent Paul Kreutzer's spending plan. T is $113,062,834, a projected 1.84 percent increase from the current budget of $111,020,444. If you'd like to be a part of the discussion, head over the the at 7:30 p.m.

5. Concerned about state budget? Attend public hearing

Assemblyman Robert J. Castelli (R, C – Goldens Bridge) has called his annual Citizen’s Budget Sessions, where local stakeholders in the 89^th Assembly District may come to give their ideas, input, suggestions and express their concerns over the Governor’s proposed budget, prior to the Senate & Assembly budget resolutions.  Castelli will be in White Plains on Mar. 7, Mt. Kisco on Mar. 8, and on Fri. Mar. 9 he'll be at town hall in Bedfrod from noon until 4 p.m.
