• Sheriff: Four Steuben County residents arrested for animal cruelty (mytwintiers.com) — Law enforcement recently removed 11 dogs and four cats from a home in Bradford after deputies determined the animals urgently needed medical care, leading to the arrest of four Steuben County residents. One person also faces a child endangerment charge, and all four were released on appearance tickets to return to Bradford Town Court while the animals receive care at the Finger Lakes SPCA.
