Vehicles Vandalized At Long Island Railroad Stations: Police

Numerous vehicles were vandalized while parked at various Long Island Railroad stations, Suffolk County police told Patch.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — Multiple cars were broken into at Long Island Railroad stations across the Town of Islip, Suffolk County police told Patch.

Police said at least four incidents of criminal mischief to vehicles at train stations in the Town of Islip were reported on Friday. Vehicles with damage–including broken windows—were found at the Bay Shore, Central Islip and Islip train stations, police said.

Third Precinct Crime Section officers are investigating the damage.
