Holidays on the Farm: The 49th Annual Holiday Exhibition

The winter season through most of 18th and 19th centuries in Rockland County began with the holidays of Christmas and New Year’s. These holidays had both secular and religious significance for county residents. Between them they created a holiday week during which the regular routine of farm chores was enlivened by special foods and festivities. In the 49th Annual Holiday Exhibition, "Holidays on the Farm," we explore our county's rich agricultural heritage, highlighting unique features of the holiday season.

Buffalo Wild Wings is set to open its newest Buffalo Wild Wings GO (BWW GO) location in&nbsp;the Bronx&nbsp;at 1443 Metropolitan Avenue. To celebrate, the restaurant will hold its official grand opening on&nbsp;Thursday, Dec.&nbsp;18&nbsp;offering&nbsp;guests&nbsp;a&nbsp;Buy One, Get One&nbsp;deal all day for&nbsp;six boneless&nbsp;wings!*&nbsp;&nbsp;BWW GO embraces convenience and speed — guests can order online, in the app, or in store. The GO concept, which officially&nbsp;launched&nbsp;in 2020, features traditional and boneless wings, all 26 Buffalo Wild Wings signature sauces and dry rubs, hand-smashed burgers, new spicy chicken dippers, and other fan favorites.&nbsp;&nbsp;“The GO model aligns perfectly with today’s fast-paced lifestyles,” said&nbsp;Lee Novick,&nbsp;Bronx&nbsp;Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee. “BWW GO has emerged as a powerful player in the delivery and takeout space, and our team is excited to serve and support the&nbsp;Bronx&nbsp;community&nbsp;for years to come.”&nbsp;&nbsp;The 1,500 square-foot restaurant will employ&nbsp;up&nbsp;to&nbsp;12&nbsp;crew members and&nbsp;operate&nbsp;daily from 11 a.m. to 11&nbsp;p.m.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;WHEN: Thursday,&nbsp;December&nbsp;18, 2025&nbsp;

Annual Year End Holiday Celebration & Community Christmas Caroling

Experience an evening reminiscent of when The Copacabana was the supreme nightclub of New York City and Frank Sinatra and his contemporaries of that time where the ultimate headliners.
Steven Maglio is mostly known for his Saturday night Sinatra tribute shows at The Carnegie Club on West 56th Street, “The Longest Running Nightclub Show in NYC,” beginning in 2004.&nbsp; &nbsp; But he has also been performing “NOT Just Sinatra,” once-a-month at The Cutting Room since June 2023.

“NOT Just Sinatra” is a combination of Frank Sinatra Signature Songs and other popular standards not usually associated with Frank. &nbsp; Steven has been hailed by all the New York City press organizations, as well as entertainers like Frankie Valli, Paul Anka, Tony Orlando, Danny Aiello, Lisa Lampanelli, Jay Leno, Tony Danza, and President &amp; First Lady, Donald &amp; Melania Trump.&nbsp; Multiple performances in Italy, Canada, Brazil &amp; Ecuador have confirmed international appeal for Steven’s sound and style. 
Arranger Christopher Rinaman will conduct the big band orchestra, which includes 12 of the most sought after musicians in the New York City metropolitan area. 
Headline Comedian Joey Kola will open the show.
Although he is especially appreciated for his renditions of songs made popular by Frank Sinatra,&nbsp;Steven Maglio is NOT an impersonator.&nbsp;
