Feeling overwhelmed or constantly “on”? Learn a gentle, effective technique to calm your nervous system in this one-session wellness workshop.
This class introduces Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, a self-care practice rooted in Eastern energy healing. Often described as “emotional acupuncture” (without the needles), tapping uses light, self-administered finger tapping on specific meridian points to help reduce stress and restore balance.
Instructor Aviva Guttmann will lead an interactive and supportive workshop, teaching participants how to self-administer tapping, explaining the meridian points, and sharing the background and history of EFT. Participants will also receive take-home resource handouts to continue the practice on their own.
No prior experience is necessary. This class is accessible, non-invasive, and designed for everyday stress relief.
