Houlihan and O'Malley Bronxville Home Sales

It was a busy spring and summer at Houlihan & O’Malley Real Estate Services! In just three months, from May to July, 2015, our office sold six Bronxville Village homes, with prices ranging from $1,895,000 to $3,475,000.

· 28 Park Avenue, offered at $2,700,000 and sold on 7/8/15.

· 62 Tanglewylde, offered at: $1,995,000, and sold on 6/1/15 (sold for over asking price).
