Luxury 60-Unit 15 Parkview In Bronxville Now Open For Leasing

BRONXVILLE, NY — For the first time in years, an exclusive Bronxville neighborhood will have new neighbors.

Elk Homes, a developer of rental properties in lower Westchester and Greenwich, has just announced that leasing has started at its newest venture, 15 Parkview Avenue in Bronxville. This building marks the first upscale rental development in Garrett Park and Bronxville in decades. The company says the property will usher in a new era of architecture and contemporary living for the New York bedroom community.

The 80,000-square-foot newly constructed residential building offers 60 one-, two-, or three-bedroom units.
