There will be multiple road closures coming due to the SoWe (Southern Westchester) Food & Wine Festivalthis month. The SoWe Food & Wine Festival will take place in Scarsdale on September 22 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Due to the construction of tents, the following streets will be closed to all traffic, and no parking will be allowed after 6 p.m. on September 21: Spencer Place, Harwood Court and Boniface Circle.
