Man's Death In Brooklyn Apartment Ruled A Homicide: NYPD

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are now probing a man's death in his apartment in Brooklyn last week as a homicide.

The 51-year-old man, identified as Justin Tetro, was found dead in his apartment at 21 Pennsylvania Ave. around 11:04 a.m. on Dec. 11, police said.

Officers were initially called to the apartment to perform a wellness check. The man was found unresponsive with head and neck trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The city's medical examiner deemed the death a homicide.

No arrests have been made. Additional details have not been released.
