• Brunswick selects North Greenbush Ambulance Association to run EMS district (timesunion.com) — Brunswick has chosen North Greenbush Ambulance Association to run the town’s new EMS tax district starting January 1, bringing a dedicated ambulance and expanded paramedic coverage. Residents will see about a $3 per $1,000 property tax increase as the town exceeds the state tax cap to fund the service. Temporary coverage from North Greenbush and Sand Lake ambulances is already filling gaps from Center Brunswick and Eagle Mills stations.
