- An 18-year-old has been charged after allegedly opening fire at a Buffalo grocery store on Saturday, killing 10 people and injuring three others. According to the Buffalo Police Department, the shooter traveled from Conklin to Buffalo to commit the shooting, which he live-streamed on Twitch. Officials believe the shooting was racially motivated, pointing to an approximately 180-page manifesto the shooter reportedly wrote and posted before the attack. - A new TV sci-fi thriller featuring Buffalo and its talent will soon be streaming online. "The Chain," written and produced by Buffalo native Nick Williams, was filmed at the Buffalo State Alumni Association's LoRusso Alumni and Visitor Center a few weeks ago.
