  1. The Be in Buffalo campaign is aimed at attracting people to and keeping them in the city. Greg Pokriki, the public relations specialist for the campaign, says that the campaign focuses on job growth and the manageable cost of living in Buffalo. The campaign began in 2019 via Invest Buffalo Niagara, a non-profit that centers on job creation in Western New York State. (Spectrum News)
  2. Dave Chappelle will donate proceeds from ticket sales at his Buffalo show to families of victims of the Tops Shooting. The comedian announced the donation at the end of his show at Shea's Performing Arts Center on Sunday evening. Ten people were killed and three others were injured during the Tops Shooting. Prosecutors are seeking ten counts of first-degree murder and ten counts of second-degree murder as a hate crime among other charges. (WGRZ.com)
  3. Mayor Brown spoke Monday on strengthening New York's gun laws. The Mayor was one of several speakers at the event prior to Gov. Hochul signing the highlighted legislation.
