  1. A fund established to assist the survivors of the mass shooting at the Tops on Jefferson Avenue last month has released a proposal for distributing donations. The "Draft Protocol" released Monday runs nine pages and includes five areas of eligibility including the legal heirs of those killed in the shooting and anyone present who suffered physical or psychological injuries. As of midnight Tuesday, the fund had raised just over $2.9 million. (WGRZ.com)
  2. The Erie County Department of Health has announced schedule changes for the upcoming Juneteenth holiday. The county will observe the holiday on Monday, Jun. 20, impacting the availability of some COVID-19 services. Both the vaccine and testing site at Jesse Nash Health Center and the testing site at Cheektowaga Senior Center will be closed Monday with plans to reopen on Tuesday. (Niagara Frontier Publications)
  3. The Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival returns next month featuring a lineup of more than a dozen artists. Headliners for the event include MisterWives and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. The two-day festival will take place Jul. 15-16 in the Historic Cobblestone District, and tickets are available online now. (Step Out Buffalo)
