Man Fatally Shot In Face At Bushwick Nightclub 'Brooklyn Asylum'

22-year-old Jefferson Exantus was killed early Sunday morning in an argument with another man, cops said.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A 22-year-old man was shot in the face and killed inside an unlicensed nightclub in Bushwick early Sunday morning, police said.

Bronx man Jefferson Exantus was arguing with another man, also in his 20's, in the club at 1269 Flushing Ave. when the other man pulled out a gun and shot him in the face. Police responded to the 911 call at around 5:20 a.m., they said. Exantus was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the NYPD said. The nightclub is known as Brooklyn Asylum. Police sources told the New York Daily News that the suspect had shot another person in the face at the same nightclub in the past.
