• Larceny arrest made at Canandaigua store (fingerlakes1.com) — A man is accused of stealing more than $160 in merchandise from a business on Eastern Boulevard and is due in City of Canandaigua Court on a petit larceny charge. Police say he was arrested earlier this month and released with an appearance ticket while the case proceeds locally. 
• Rochester man faces burglary charges in separate Ontario County thefts (fingerlakes1.com) — Ontario County investigators say a Rochester man is charged in two separate retail theft cases, including a burglary at the Canandaigua Lowe’s in Hopewell involving more than $1,000 in merchandise. He’s also accused in a Victor incident and is being held in county jail awaiting arraignment.
