• Second Teen Charged After Car Stolen With 3-Year-Old Inside On Long Island: Police (dailyvoice.com) — Two 17-year-old Central Islip residents have now been charged after a car was stolen with a 3-year-old still inside, with the latest teen arrested Sunday and set for arraignment in Central Islip’s Youth Part. Police say the child was found unharmed hours later in Hauppauge and evaluated at a West Islip hospital. Charges include grand larceny and child endangerment.
   

• Serial perv charged for 3rd time after using Long Island shopping plaza as female hunting ground: cops (nypost.com) — A man accused of repeatedly trying to take illicit photos of women and girls at a Selden shopping plaza was arrested again and expected to be arraigned in Central Islip. Investigators say he targeted shoppers at both a ShopRite and a nearby Target and are asking anyone with additional information to contact police as they probe for more possible victims.
