Expert: What's Next for Bedford Village Development

Pace Law School Professor John R. Nolon moderated Monday a discussion on a project that could bring more apartments and shops in Bedford Village.

See the above video for an overview of the process, which Nolon said would involve the planning and town boards. He noted that the developer has yet to submit an application. 

"Usually, in downstate New York, the last thing I would say is that these things get rushed through," Nolon said. "They often take a good long time, in many cases, for good reason."
