Katonah Beauty Shop to Celebrate 10 Years in Business

For the last decade, EiLuj beauty lounge in Katonah has been serving up luxury makeup and skincare products, plus a slew of services by top-notch professionals.

Owner Julie Cuomo is hoping shoppers will turn out Saturday for an anniversary celebration at the Katonah Avenue shop, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

"We have really loyal clients, and they love the quality of service I offer," she said, adding that the motto for EiLuj is "shopping Manhattan in the suburbs."

Folks are invited to enjoy cheese and wine while browsing the shop and speaking with experts, including a celebrity makeup artist and a board-certified plastic surgeon who has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show. 

There will be raffles, and specials on eyebrows. Gifts will be given with purchases and complimentary mini-makeovers are available. Walk-ins will be accommodated as time permits.

Cuomo is especially excited about the opportunity for clients to learn more about Natura Bissé, a line she's carried since 2003. After years of using the skin products herself, she stands by it. A representative will be on hand to discuss the feature product: Diamond Life Infusion.

"They've become like family to me," Cuomo said when asked what she wants to tell customers. "I appreciate the business. I appreciate all the years they've supported us."
