The Town of North Castle announced that there is a new chance for middle income home ownership in the hamlet of Armonk, and applications are now being accepted.

A two-bedroom condo (Unit B-4) in the Whippoorwill Hills gated community, located at 6 Agnew Farm Road in Armonk, has one full bath, a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, and a main bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet. Secure storage is located in the basement.

Amenities include a common patio area, a pool, tennis courts and a community building. Pets are welcome. The unit comes with one outside parking space.

An Open House date will be determined in the future by the seller.

The sale price of the two-bedroom condo is estimated to be $187,620.25. Town/county taxes are estimated to be $1622.11 and school taxes are estimated to be $2,774.66. Monthly common charges are $570.63, the monthly Con Ed bill is around $140-$200, and homeowners insurance is approximately $250.

The condo is available to those with a maximum household income of $132,616. A maximum of four people are allowed to reside in the unit.
