Proposed $144M Chappaqua CSD School Budget On The Ballot May 20
Also on the ballot are four candidates vying for two seats on the Board of Education.
CHAPPAQUA, NY — The 2025 Chappaqua Central School District budget and school board vote is May 20, and two seats are up for election on the school district board.
The proposed spending plan of $144,392,025 is 2.59 percent higher than the current budget.
The tax levy is expected to be increased 2.31 percent.

"As we plan for the future of our schools, the Board of Education remains focused on a budget that reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and student success," the Board of Education said. "We will maintain and expand our academic, social-emotional, and extracurricular programs while maintaining fiscal responsibility with a tax cap-compliant budget."
Two school board seats are up for election, for three-year terms.

The candidates running are: Hilary Grasso, Ryan Kelsey, Tim McNamara, and Allison Steinbauer.

The Chappaqua Central School District Public Library is proposing a $3,772,348 budget.
One library trustee seat is up for election. The candidate running is Pam Moskowitz.
