Quest Yoga Arts Offers Classes, Information Session

Interested individuals may bring their friends to Quest Yoga Arts on Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22 for free community classes.

Quest Yoga Arts invites the public to celebrate spring with free community yoga classes. Interested individuals may bring their friends and come to Quest Yoga Arts on Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22 for free community classes offered by the organization's graduating class of teachers.

The Quest community has grown and flourished since owner Laura Jensen took over the studio three years ago. Quest is excited to be graduating 13 teachers who embarked on this journey in October 2015. The organization offers a nine-month Yoga Alliance Certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program each fall with Wendy Hagen, E-RYT 500 and Laura Jensen, E-RYT 200 and LMT. Registration and a full schedule of class times is available through the Quest Yoga Arts website.

All are welcome to join these open-level, one-hour classes throughout the day. Quest will be offering a free information session at noon for its next Yoga Teacher Training Program starting in October 2016. Interested individuals are invited to attend a class (or three) with one of the organization's new teachers and stay for the session. Refreshments and snacks will be served, and discounts on class cards will be offered.

Quest Yoga Arts is located at 11 East Main St., second floor, in Mr. Kisco.
