$8 Million Deer Park Property Sells To New Jersey Firm: Report
New Jersey-based real estate investment firm Faropoint purchased an $8 million property in Deer Park, Long Island Business News reported.
DEER PARK, NY — New Jersey-based commercial real estate investment firm Faropoint has purchased an industrial building in Deer Park for $8 million, according to a report by Long Island Business News (LIBN).
The outlet said the property is a 40,000-square-foot building on 2.2 acres at 105 E. Jefryn Boulevard in Deer Park. It's Faropoint’s second Long Island property, in addition to a 24,000-square-foot building in the Heartland Business Center in Edgewood, LIBN reported.
"The deal was a sale/leaseback with the seller, Jefryn Park Realty LLC, an affiliate of Nanz Custom Hardware, which will now be leasing the property," LIBN wrote.
