The Full Wolf Moon rises at the heart of winter—a time traditionally associated with reflection, resilience, and listening to what’s calling from within. This 75-minute Full Moon practice is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and begin the new year feeling grounded, steady, and supported.
What to expect during class:
✨ A grounding opening ritual
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a short reflection to honor the Full Wolf Moon’s themes of inner strength, intuition, and community. You’ll be guided to set a simple intention—nothing forced, just honest and real.
🧘♀️ Slow, accessible movement
The yoga portion will be a mindful blend of gentle flow, longer-held poses, and supportive modifications designed for midlife bodies. Expect movement that feels nourishing rather than draining—focused on hips, lower back, shoulders, and joints that tend to hold tension this time of year.
🌿 Nervous system support
Throughout the practice, we’ll emphasize grounding postures, steady breath, and options to soften or rest. This is not about pushing or performing—it’s about meeting your body exactly where it is.
🕯 Restorative rest + guided meditation
The final portion of class will invite deep rest with restorative poses and a guided meditation to help you release what no longer serves you and make space for clarity, calm, and quiet confidence as the year begins.
💫 A sense of connection
The Wolf Moon reminds us that we’re not meant to do life alone. You’ll leave feeling held, supported, and part of a like-minded community—no howling required (unless you really want to 😉).
This class is open to all levels and especially supportive for anyone feeling tired, stiff, emotionally full, or craving a slower, more intentional way to step into January.
Come as you are. Leave feeling steadier, softer, and more connected—to yourself and to what’s ahead.
