DEER PARK, NY — An industrial property on Long Island has sold for nearly $4 million, according to a report from Long Island Business News.

The two-story, 13,460-square-foot building on .97 acres at 609 Acorn St. sold for $3.8 million to Geiger Realty Management, the outlet said.

The building is the former home of promotional toy maker Logo Bear, LIBN said.
