A nationwide content restoration and storage company franchise has leased a large warehouse on Long Island, Long Island Business News says.
DEER PARK, NY — A nationwide home packout franchise has leased a large warehouse in Deer Park, according to a report by Long Island Business News.
1-800-Packouts, a content restoration and storage company, has leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space at 60 E. Jefryn Blvd. in Deer Park, the outlet reported.
According to LIBN, it's the first New York location for the company. The outlet said Luciano Oliverio of Summit Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant and the landlord, Forever Bright LLC.
